Fitness Assessment with My Coach Vicki ~ Vicki Hadfield

An important first step in your journey into Personal Training with me, Vicki Hadfield aka My Coach Vicki.

Our chance to discover your bench marks and baselines, or simply if we're a good fit with each other in regards to your fitness goals.

This session may take place in person, or via a live video meeting.

Come along prepared to answer relevant questions in order to fill out the required paperwork.

Wear an outfit you're comfortable to exercise in, including closed-toe footwear such as joggers/trainers - no thongs (flip-flops), Crocs, sandals etc.

Bring along a filled water bottle and two towels - one larger towel, plus a face or hand towel.

Most of all, look forward to having some fun, and let's start making your GOALS come true :)
